Will "Kelso" following high school graduation, enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Medic/Unit Documentarian.
Shortly after joining, he found himself at his first assigned duty station located just a few kilometers south of the North Korean/DMZ border where weeks at a time were spent "in the field" observing and reporting on any North Korean troop movements. He then deployed to support Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007, three months earlier than his unit's slated deployment. Once overseas, Kelso was reassigned as the Infantry Dismount Platoon Medic, where he would spend the next year supporting Special Operation missions to include the Spring 2008 Siege of Sadr City.
After serving six years active service, Kelso then went on to study Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy located in Los Angeles and in 2017, incorporated his independent production company KELSOmedia, producing various forms of media and branded content for nonprofit and corporations, to government municipalities and television networks alike...
